<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">A tetragrammaton is a 4 letter word derived from the Greek word which means “to consist of four letters”. So the 4 letter Hebrew word for God (יהוה) is commonly transliterated (written in letters or a word using the closest corresponding letters of a different alphabet) into the Latin 4 letters YHWH.

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">I believe that the Lord has shown me that the true and actual speaking of what I have always been taught to be this unpronounceable tetragrammaton YHWH, is not Yahweh. No. It is signalled to us by the root meaning of its transliterated Hebrew word יהוה which is "TO BREATHE".

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Now normally when we pronounce a word we breathe it out. So for instance, when we pronounce this tetragrammaton word YHWH as Yahweh, we breathe it all out expressing it with the vowels “a” and “e” which we have been taught are implied in it because otherwise it would be unpronounceable.. However, if instead of pronouncing it as YAHWEH, we breathe this tetragrammaton half in and then half out rather than speaking it all out, I believe that God has shown me that we can pronounce it without any need for any implied vowels.

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Thus, to say YHWH in this manner, we breathe in expressing the 2 sounds of the first 2 letters of the tetragrammaton, bookending them around our inhalation sound (as “y-breathein-h” with a long breathe in sound). Then we immediately follow this by bookending the 2 sounds of the last 2 letters of the tetragrammaton around our exhalation sound (as “w-breatheout-h”, with a long breathe out sound). In other words, the sounds of this word YHWH are y-long-inhale-h followed by w-long-exhale-h! So YHWH is not really spoken, it is breathed! We breathe-speak it by merely breathing half of it in surrounded by the “y” and “h” sounds and then half of it out surrounded by the “w” and “h” sounds without any use whatsoever of our vocal cords (since they can only operate in the exhale mode)!

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Thus in this manner, this word YHWH may be breathe-spoken without the need for any vowels whatsoever because the sounds of our breath inhaling and exhaling replace the embedded vowels between YH and WH. And as a further confirmation of this revelation, this breathing in and out of His name YHWH implies another root meaning of its transliterated Hebrew word יהוה which is “TO LIVE” because all life breathes in some way in order to live.

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Psalm 150:6 - Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">

<span style="background-color: #fce5cd; color: #252525; font-family: "verdana"; font-size: 13px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Try it for yourself. Then you will find as I have that with a very small amount of practice you can quickly become adept enough at breathe-speaking it in this manner that you can very nicely and naturally incorporate it into your prayers between sentences….

If all our righteous deeds are no better than our unrighteous deeds to our Holy God, how can we possibly do anything to please Him?

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are His workmanship, created IN Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS, which God has prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

Hebrews 11:6 - And without FAITH it is impossible to please Him….
Well here’s our answer. We are called to only walk by faith in the good works that God Himself gives us to do with Him.

Hebrews 4:6 - ….just as David….speaks of the blessing on the man to whom God credits righteousness apart from works.

But how do we know which works are from God and which might be actually originating from ourselves?

John 6:28 - 29 - They said to Him, “What shall we do, so that we may work the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “THIS IS THE WORK OF GOD, THAT YOU BELIEVE IN HIM WHOM HE HAS SENT.”

So each of our works of God are to be works of faith in Jesus Christ, not works that are done apart from faith in Him.

John 15:5 - I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for APART FROM ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING.

Colossians 1:10 - ….so….walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every GOOD WORK.

Romans 4:4 - 5 - Now to the one who works, his wage is not credited as a favor, but as what is due. But to the one who does not work, but believes in Him who justifies the ungodly, HIS FAITH IS CREDITED AS RIGHTEOUSNESS

Romans 14:23 - ….for whatever is not from faith is sin.

These verses lead us to the understanding that whatever we do in faith in Jesus is a good work of God and will not end up being a filthy rag to Him. This understanding leads us into peace with God and the very presence of that peace confirms to us that we are actually doing God’s will.

Colossians 3:15 (AMP) - So let THE PEACE (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live].

And this peaceful state within us signals us that we have actually entered into a place of rest with God.

Hebrews 4:1, 3, 9 - 11 - Therefore, let us fear if, while a promise remains of entering GOD’S REST, anyone may seem to have come short of it….For WE WHO HAVE BELIEVED ENTER GOD’S REST…. (consequently) He once again fixes a certain day, “Today,” saying through David….“TODAY if you hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.”

So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. For THE ONE WHO HAS ENTERED GOD’S REST HAS HIMSELF ALSO RESTED FROM HIS OWN WORKS, as God did from His. Let us labor (in faith) therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

All of these verses teach us that we need to learn to hear and obey His voice which most times come to us in intuitive thoughts and / or a bad conscience that are beckoning us to change our minds and / or the direction of our life. As we try to do this we will normally stumble around for awhile since we are not all accustomed to His voice and His ways.

However, if we stay open to Him and willing to be obedient to Him, we will eventually find His way which will lead us into that peaceful state which signals us that we have entered His rest. In so laboring to reach peace and rest, we will be doing His work of faith and pleasing Him.

Hebrews 4:15 - 16 (AMP) - For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respect as we are, yet without sinning. (Therefore) Let us fearlessly and confidently and boldly draw near to the throne of grace (the throne of God’s unmerited favor to us sinners), that we may receive mercy [for our failures] and find grace to help in good time for every need [appropriate help and well-timed help, coming just when we need it].

This is our work from God! It is our labor of faith that leads us into His good pleasure with us and then into a consequent release of God’s power from His Throne of Grace into our lives!

1 Thessalonians 1:2 - 4a - We give thanks to God always for all of you….constantly bearing in mind your WORK OF FAITH and labor of love and steadfastness of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father….

2 Thessalonians 1:11 - To this end also we pray for you always, that our God will count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the WORK OF FAITH with power….

Revelation 15:3 - 4 - And they sang the song of Moses, the bond-servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, “Great and marvelous are YOUR WORKS, O Lord God, the Almighty; Righteous and true are YOUR WAYS, O King of the nations! Who will not fear, O Lord, and glorify Your name? YOU ALONE ARE HOLY; For all the nations will come and worship before You, For YOUR RIGHTEOUS ACTS have been revealed.”
The Christian faith has been divided over the issue of which day of the week the Sabbath day should be under the lordship of Jesus. The 7th Day Adventists believe that the Jewish Sabbath day starting on Friday evenings at dusk and ending on Saturday evenings at dusk is today’s Sabbath Day while most other Christian sects believe that Sunday, the Lord’s Day, is to be honored as today’s Sabbath Day. Pretty much all Christians believe that on that day we honor God by resting from our works, just as He did when He finished His work of Creation.

Here He also emphasizes that the new Sabbath is a day of rest.

I believe that the good Lord has allowed Sony Pictures and Hollywood in general to be attacked, blackmailed and defeated at the hands of North Korea's hackers because of their steady flow of ungodly movies for so long. From now on the entire movie industry has to change almost all of their modus operandi or they too will face a siilar fate as has come upon Sony. However, I believe that the Christian segment of the movie industry will escape this wrathful judgment from God.

Romans 1:18 - 19, 21 - 22, 24 - 25, 26 - 28, 32 - For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them....For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be wise, they became fools.....Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie....

For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error. And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper....and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them!

Romans 2:2 - And we know that the judgment of God rightly falls upon those who practice such things.

I believe that many Christians cannot explain a simple doctrine of heaven and hell. So here is my version of such an explanation. Heaven is a holy place occupied by our holy God. Here He expresses more and more and more forever His love for all of His children and His angels who agree with His will and therefore are allowed to reside here. Those who disagree with His will are not allowed to reside here, it is that simple.

Every child whom God allows to die is automatically taken here to reside by the holy angels. Every adult human being is given time and opportunity to decide whether they want to spend eternity with God and His goodness in heaven or not. If a person does, he or she must first repent of their sins and then receive God's Son, the Lord Jesus Christ as their own personal Savior in order to get here.

Any adult person who does not want to spend eternity with God (Who is every kind of goodness personified), has been given the evil abodes of hell and the lake of fire as the places in which they must eternally reside. In them there is no goodness whatsoever, only God's wrath and indignation as expressed to them in awful pain, torment, shame, misery and despair.

To go there, humans must make a conscious, stubborn decision that they do not want to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as God's only way for them to go to heaven. It is not God's desire that any human beings go to these 2 evil places. It is their own desire to disagree with God and His will for them that sends them there.

In giving all of us our own free will to decide this matter here on earth, God had to have a place for those who choose to be His enemies to eternally reside. So these 2 places, which were prepared by Him for His rebellious angels who decided in heaven to become His enemies, are also the places He has for humans who do the same here on earth.

The difference between humans' and angels' judgments are that angels were created in heaven and experienced all of the joys and bliss of that place and then decided to rebel so they are given no chance by God for salvation, whereas humans are given only tastes of both heaven and hell here on earth and then over time they can decide one way or another as to where they wish to reside. Heaven is all goodness, earth has the presence of both goodness and evil but hell is all evil!

When we choose to love God and Jesus we also choose to spend eternity with them and their goodness in heaven because it is God's will for us to do this. In effect we agree with His will when we do this and this agreement with Him saves us from hell and sends us to heaven when our days here on earth are over. It's that simple.

I have been counseling a lovely young lady who turned to Jesus when her love relationship with an unsaved young man began to go sour. Up until recently she had been dealing with her ex-boyfriend but he just kept getting harder and harder for her to be with. This is because he is an admitted alcoholic and a pot addict who keeps elevating the use of those drugs more and more in his life over his relationship with her.

However, whenever he decided to stay sober, they would have the greatest of times together so this led her to keep at it with him for so long in hopes that he would overcome his addictions. He paid lip service to wanting to do so but his confessions just did not turn into actions.

Well, one night it all came to a head when she was given a ride by one of her male friends to his house to see him. When he let her in, she could tell that he was quite high. When he asked her how she got there she told him that this nice fellow had brought her there. He reacted to this news with insane jealousy and began to yell at her and to push her around. He didn’t strike her, he just yelled at her and exerted his superior strength over her to dominate her and to shove her here and there.

So in fear she grabbed her bottle of mace and sprayed it at him. He screamed from the effects of it and fled to the bathroom to clean it off. Then she called the police to report the incident and to seek their protection from his rage. When they arrived and assessed the situation they sided with her and asked her if she wanted him arrested. She said no because by then he had calmed down and somewhat sobered up. Then she left his place.

The next day he e-mailed her that he was ending their relationship permanently because he did not feel safe around her anymore! He then told all of their mutual friends that the two of them had had a fight and that she had maced him and that he had called the police on her but he did not have her arrested because he felt sorry for her! This of course was a total lie and a reversal of the true facts of the matter. Unfortunately, it was believed by most of their mutual friends so they began to shun her even to the point of becoming rather hostile towards her. None of these so called friends even asked her to tell them her side of the story. They just abandoned and in so doing, they shamed her.

So we discussed how she, like Jesus, was being falsely accused and crucified emotionally by the devil through her ex and them. We saw him as being in the devilish tag team spirits of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, wherein the seemingly nice Dr. Jekyll spirit was being used by Satan to entice her with their great times together into a place wherein the obviously evil Mr. Hyde could come forth to “gaslight” her (this term comes from the movie “Gaslight” in which these 2 personalities in a man are depicted as emotionally and physically tormenting a naive young lady until he died). We saw this brutal, lying, “gaslighting” spirit as exactly that which Satan was employing through her seemingly nice boyfriend to conceal his evils (when he was high) from their friends and to deflect them from seeing his evils by falsely accusing her.

She told me how she wanted vindication and she also wanted her very nice boyfriend to overcome his addictions and come back to her without this split personality. To this I felt moved to advise her to just keep her focus upon Jesus and Jesus alone so that like Peter who focused his attention upon Him and was able to miraculously walk over a storm in his life, with Him she would be able to walk over this storm in hers too.

I see it as being so alive and focused upon her current circumstances that it could have been written just for her! I also see it as a special exhortation from God to her for her to continue to endure the evil that is happening through all of them towards her personally. Then, in His own good time, He will take her into the vision that He gave her of a joyous life with a husband of His choosing (either this man saved or someone better)! Consequently, ask God what created things cannot be taken from us? Cannot a loved one whom we are completely relying upon to be there with and for us, be taken from us at any time? Cannot ours or anyone’s marriage break apart? Cannot our property and / or our prosperity that we rely upon be taken from us? Cannot our country be beaten in a war and we become refugees or prisoners? Cannot our health that seems to be so vital to our well being be taken from us? Cannot our very lives be taken from us? So how can we rely upon or put our trust in any of these things to always be there for us and thus to give us perfect peace? We cannot!

Therefore, the fact is that it is only something that cannot be taken from us that can be relied upon to give us perfect peace. That’s why our starting verse above tells us to stay our minds only upon our eternal God (and by implication, His eternal word)! He and His word cannot be taken from us, no matter what! So that means that only He and His word can give us perfect peace.

This means that as we come to realize that we are anxious, depressed, fearful and / or not in joy or peace in any way, we need to see this condition as being our signal from God to stop whatever we are doing and / or thinking and to place our minds onto Him and / or His word so that we can quickly reach peace.

This story’s storm can be seen as an analogy of the upsets in our lives that rob us of peace. When by faith, Peter focused his mind upon Jesus and not the distressing problem of the storm, he was able to boldly step out and walk with Him in peace above its agitations. But when he let the devil focus his mind upon his unsettled surrounding circumstances and not just upon the calm of Jesus, towards whom he was heading, fear of those circumstances robbed him of his faith and destroyed his peace of mind so that he immediately sank down in defeat into his problem in a worse way than when he was still in the boat with the other disciples. When he was focused only upon Jesus, he was given supernatural victory over his troubling circumstances and with it, peace of mind but when he took his mind off of Jesus, Satanic fear took him over and would have killed him if he didn’t look back to Jesus for His saving help.

Below is another Scriptural account of a similar story that adds to the storm analogy of the upsets of life....

Mark 4:35 - 37 - ….when evening came, Jesus said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side of the sea.” Leaving the crowd, they took Him along with them in the boat, just as He was; and other boats were with Him. And there arose a fierce gale of wind, and the waves were breaking over the boat so much so that the boat was already filling up.

Jesus Himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” So He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Hush, be still.” And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm.

In this story we see the lack of peace in the minds of Jesus disciples as they are focusing their attention upon the very upsetting problem of another storm in their lives. This time the problem seems to be so major to them as to be life threatening! But when they focused their thinking upon Jesus and went to Him and asked Him to show them that he cared about them, He brought forth His supernatural power to immediately solve their problem. This illustrates just how much Jesus cares for us in the midst of our problems and our fears and how He can answer our prayers with miracles.

So when we focus our minds upon Jesus Himself or on these passages of Scripture or on any other passages of Scripture for that matter, there will be no room in our minds for any upsetting thoughts whatsoever about any of our problems and we will be able to settle into the perfect peace over which the Lord Jesus Christ is Prince.

If unsettling thoughts do come back into our minds, then we simply overcome them by resisting them with repeated applications of the above practical procedure and we keep on repeating it until those thoughts leave us for good!

Finally, when we do enter into God’s peace on any issue whatsoever, we can also believe that we have settled into the center of God’s will for that issue.

Forgiving our Enemies

For Mr. O., Mr. Reid, Ms. Pelosi, Ms. Wasserman-Schultz, etc., as well as all of my other enemies, political and / or otherwise, I find that by letting Jesus love them through me works for me. By myself I just cannot do it! They appear to me to be just too evil for me to love them. He has to be the One who loves them through me.

So He is faithful to begin doing so by showing me that I need to see them as being deceived by Satan, not as acting alone against me and our nation. This thought settles me down and moves me to surrender to Him by repenting of my hatred for them, dying to my own desire to perpetrate some kind of violent, raging revenge upon them and then leaving room for His eventual vengeance (if that is what He ultimately calls for) upon them. Realizing that it is the devil who is actually afflicting me through my enemies frees me to overcome him by obeying Jesus and allowing Him to love his poor, deceived human pawns through me.

A wonderful thing then happens. I am no longer controlled by the devil's evils being perpetrated upon me through them! All I have to do is to focus my attention off of them and onto Jesus Himself to be free of Satan's grasp. When I focus upon Jesus and then think of their misdeeds against me and our nation, Jesus shows me that it is actually Satan working through them to hurt us. So then I can no longer be tricked into bitterness towards them by Satan jumping from them into my mind to deceptively frustrate me into feeling powerless to stop them and their evils. Instead I am empowered by and through Jesus to see the devil at work in them and then to imitate Him by humbly praying for them, just as He did, "Father forgive them, they know not what they do."

The realization that Jesus gives me that my enemies have been deceived by Satan into traversing the slippery path of sinning against God and me and our nation (which will only end them up in the terrors of hell if they do not repent of their evils and turn to Jesus for their salvation), now motivates me to be forgiving and loving towards them.

I am one who (like Jesus) desires to see no one to end up in hell (including myself for harboring unforgiveness!). So this forgiving prayer acts to keep my own salvation secure while empowering me to be spiritually victorious over the devil! It gives me the upper hand on both the devil and on my human enemies because now I have called upon Almighty God's power, not my own ungodly, human rage to deal with all of them.

His power is what I want to see come forth to correct these enemies of mine and of our nation and to free them from Satan's grasp upon them. I do not want to destroy them in hell and the lake of fire along with the devils they are harboring! So I can be no longer frustrated and enraged by my own sense of powerlessness about the evils that they have done to me and our nation because I see that frustration and rage for just what it is, more deceptions from Satan trying to capture me just as he has captured them!

Satan is the spiritual enticer, the deceiver and the accuser of all of us, so it is he who is actually behind all of their evils against me and America. Knowing this I am easily able to forgive them and let Jesus love them through me.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04059845143398331774noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9201887650238272714.post-9778263293852054122014-08-11T17:58:00.004-05:002014-08-11T17:58:30.947-05:00This is a political paraphrase of Exodus 23:28-31 that I feel God led me to compose

Thus says the Lord, "I’ll send hornets of national despair on ahead of America's November elections. He shall lend to you, but you will not lend to him; he shall be the head, and you will be the tail.

Mr. O., the lead alien among us, has been made the head of our nation by God and now he is making us the tail of all of the nations of the world! Why? Because so many Americans have abandoned their faith in God therefore He is giving us the beginning taste of what it means to leave His benevolent goodness!

Deuteronomy 28:63 - It shall come about that as the Lord delighted over you to prosper you, and multiply you, so the Lord will delight over you to make you perish and destroy you...!

For those of us who are still spiritually aware of things, America was still the head of the world under GWB who was a praying Christian president. All of this reduction in our country's status has occurred entirely under the ungodly BHO's watch because he is a phony, lip service Christian just as God knows are the vast majority of America's so called Christians.

Psalm 12:1 - 2 - Help, Lord, for the godly man ceases to be, For the faithful disappear from among the sons of men. They speak falsehood to one another; With flattering lips and with a double heart they speak.

Psalm 16:4 The sorrows of those who have bartered for another god will be multiplied...!

Isaiah 29:13 - 16 - Then the Lord said,“Because this people draw near with their words and honor Me with their lip service but they remove their hearts far from Me and their reverence for Me consists of tradition learned by rote, Therefore -

I’m going to step in and shock them awake,
I'm going to astonish them, stand them on their ears.
The worldly wise elitists who had it all figured out
will be exposed as fools.
The smart people who thought they knew everything
will turn out to know nothing.”
Doom to you! You pretend to have the inside track.
but you shut God out and work behind the scenes,
Plotting the future as if you knew everything.... .

You have everything backward!
You treat the potter (the Lord your God) as a lump of clay.
Does a book say to its author,
“He didn't write a word of me”?
Does a meal say to the woman who cooked it,
“She had nothing to do with this”?

So wake up America!

Hosea 14 (personalized and paraphrased for America) -

O America, come back! Return to your God!
You’re down but you’re not out.
Prepare your confession and come back to God.
Pray to him, “Take away our sin, accept our confession.
Receive as restitution our repentant prayers....
We’ll never again say ‘our god’ to something we've made or made up.
You’re our last hope! Is it not true that in You that the orphan finds mercy?”

“I will heal their waywardness.
I will love them lavishly. My anger is played out.
I will make a fresh start with America.
The country will burst into bloom like a crocus in the spring.
It will put down deep oak tree roots,
it will become a forest of oaks!
It will become splendid—like a giant sequoia,
its fragrance will be like a grove of cedars!

Those who live near America will be blessed by them,
They will be blessed and prosper like golden grain.
Everyone will be talking about them,
spreading Americans' fame as the vintage children of God.
Americans are finished with gods that are no-gods.
From now on I’m the one who answers and satisfies them.

I am like a luxuriant fruit tree, everything you need is to be found in Me.”
If you want to live well, make sure you understand all of this.
If you know what’s good for you, you’ll learn this inside and out.
God’s paths get you where you want to go.
Right-living people walk them easily; wrong-living people are always tripping and stumbling."Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04059845143398331774noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9201887650238272714.post-11031273956399555162014-08-06T20:06:00.001-05:002014-08-06T20:06:33.455-05:00The other day I was at home alone praying in my bed when I had a very fleeting vision that I believe was from God. In the vision I was looking at a very highly polished brass wall fronting onto what I believe was some kind of a huge vault. In the middle of the wall was a very highly polished small brass door with a latch on it.

Suddenly that door swung open and I caught a fleeting glimpse of a mellow glow on some things that were inside of it. I could not make out what those things were but I was instantly awestruck by them. That very fleeting glimpse that I caught of them made me yell out, "Whoa!!!" and back right away from them. Then the vision was gone.

So I said, "Lord what was that all about?" and I believe that He told me in my mind that those things that I saw were some of the exceedingly abundant things that he has stored up for me that are beyond what I could even think about. That's why when I caught a glimpse of them, they made me yell out, "Whoa!!!" and instantly back away from them!

I then perceived from God that I (and everyone else too for that matter) do not yet have the mental equipment to be able cope with those things that are beyond all that we can think or ask of God that He has stored up in His treasury for all of us!

Ephesians 3:20 - 21 - Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
When we arrived, sure enough there was the usual long line. It upset us both a bit but we determined that we would just have to endure it for the next couple of hours because if we came back tomorrow or in the next few days, the line would be worse.

So we walked to the end of the line. But just as we got there, a tall man with white hair who was ahead of us turned around and noticing us said, "If you are paying by check, they will take you in the trailer around the corner."

Well we had planned to pay for our sticker with a credit card but my wife just happened to have her checkbook with her so we went over to the trailer where there was no line at all. When we walked inside the building a lady asked us what we were there for so we replied that we had heard that we could pay there by check for our sticker.

She responded by telling us that actually when they were ready they would come outside to the line and call for a few people at a time to come over to them. So we started to leave but God gave us favor in her sight because then she thought better of it and said to us, "Oh well, you're already here already so just sit down and we'll take you." So my wife pulled out her checkbook and guess what? There was only 1 check left in her checkbook! Wow! Thank God!

Five minutes later we had our sticker and we left! No long line to endure! No waste of 2 hours of our time waiting in it! Just grace and peace and a realization from the Lord Jesus that He had just done a glorious miracle for us! Then we had a very good rest of the day with Him getting a few other errands done.

John 6:29 - ....This is the work of God, that you believe IN Him (not just about Him) whom God has sent.

Believing IN Him to solve all of the difficulties of our lives that are beyond our ability to solve is a work and a labor that can be very emotionally wrenching while the problem persists! But when this work is done correctly by believing that we are IN Him, leads us into perfect peace and into a satisfying rest with Him!

Isaiah 26:3 - “The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts IN You.

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are His workmanship, created IN Christ Jesus for good works (of believing, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

During my trials it helps me to meditate upon the thought that....

John 1:3 - All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

Based upon this verse I believe that even our trials come into being through Him (Job 1 & 2 shows this idea), so in effect they are His trials that He wants to walk through IN us if we will just believe that and let Him do it. So since my trials are not actually mine but His, by faith I can do the work and labor of letting them go and letting Him have them and then I can more easily endure them until they are gone from my life. This idea helps me immeasurably with the knots in my guts while the trial continues.

1 Corinthians 10:13b - ....God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tried beyond what you are able, but with the temptation He will provide THE WAY OF ESCAPE also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Mentally I put my focus entirely upon Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life and in so doing He Himself becomes my WAY OF ESCAPE so that I may endure the trial when it frustratingly goes on and on for a while.

I truly believe that Jesus did this same thing while He endured the time of His crucifixion passion when He mentally focused upon His Father in heaven all through it. In this way I escape my trial by fellowshipping with Him in His suffering as He walks me through my trial!

Philippians 3:9 - ....(That I) may be found IN Him, not having <span class="crossreference" style="font-weight: bold; vertical-align: top;" value="(C)">a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith IN Christ,<span class="crossreference" style="font-weight: bold; vertical-align: top;" value="(D)">the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, 10 that I may <span class="crossreference" style="font-weight: bold; vertical-align: top;" value="(E)">know Him and <span class="crossreference" style="font-weight: bold; vertical-align: top;" value="(F)">the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings....
that led him to a life-changing discovery featuring one of Jamaica's
most common, yet probably most underrated, fruits: the Jamaican Sweet
Almond.

The Lord used his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to
be self-reliant to lead him to make virgin almond oil from pressed
Jamaican sweet almond and to establish his company, Nigel's Sweet
Jamaican Almond Oil. He, along with his wife Jessica, also has the
distinction of being Jamaica's first official almond farmer.

Haughton
grew up and lives in Red Ground, a community which, though nestled in
the midst of the Negril tourism Mecca, has been grappling with high
unemployment and other social problems.
After leaving the Negril
All-Age School, Haughton attempted to venture into furniture-making,
having learnt the skill from his father, a master furniture maker, but
his love story with almonds is the one Haughton loves to tell.

"I
have a cousin, Lenroy McClacken, who shared some tools that Haughton had gotten from
his father. We decided to turn the shed at his yard into a furniture
shop. We got a contract from one of the boutique hotels to build
furniture for them.

"After that was done, we had a problem getting more work. So we
decided that we had to get a job to accumulate some more money so that
we could make some windows and some doors and then introduce them to the hardware store downtown. we wanted to see if we could get a contract to supply them because we
realized that there was not much going for the furniture business in Negril,."

To achieve their goal, both men obtained jobs as pastry salesmen with a local bakery and opted to travel an hour and a half to Montego Bay
daily to sell the items on the streets of the city. However, after a
while, they realized that despite their love for the job, the 20 per
cent commission they were earning was not enough to survive.

"It was my
cousin's idea to sell something else on the side to make some more
money. We were
looking for something that nobody else had that we were sure would
sell off every day," he said, adding that after contemplating several
ideas, including water, cheese, peanut drops, and coconut drops, they almost gave up.

"So
we started laughing at each other, and while laughing, I remembered I
was going to have to go back in the sun to work for 20 per cent," he
added. "So I stopped laughing and I started thinking. Then I just gave up, took a
deep breath, and said 'God, what am I going to do? As I asked Him this question I held my head
up and looked to the sky while exhaling, and I noticed the almond limb over
my head with the bunches of almonds."

From then, Haughton's life
not only changed for the better, but it improved steadily. After discussing
making almond drops, something both thought was a brilliant idea, they
started collecting almonds from under the tree and literally "got
cracking".

"All along, the almonds were on the ground in front of
us. If I hadn't asked God the question, 'What am I to do?', we would
have never noticed the almonds. We made 60 drops. At the time, we didn't
even have money to buy a pound of sugar and ginger or bags to put the
drops in. We went up to the shop and credited two pounds of sugar and
ginger and bags," he said.

Within two hours after arriving in Montego
Bay the following Monday, the $1.00 (USD) almond drops were sold off - to
Haughton's delight. So of course they made more and more almond drops and kept selling them off quickly. Haughton later diversified his product, branching
into honey-roasted almonds (using similar ingredients he had seen on a packet of honey-roasted peanuts) and salted almonds.

Discovery

It
was while cracking the almonds that God led him to notice that when the nuts were
accidentally crushed while he tried to remove them from the kernels, his
fingers became lightly coated with oil. Haughton, who was by then
married, showed it to his wife Jessica.

"I remembered I was
watching a movie and saw a lady making the olive oil from olives by
pressing it and squeezing it and there was olive oil running. And I
thought, 'If I could get oil from this almond without adding any heat,
this would be virgin almond oil'.

"A few days later, I got two
pieces of two-by-four wood. I wrapped it in Saran Wrap (plastic
wrap), attached a door hinge, loaded it with two handfuls of almonds,
put on two furniture clamps, and got a large bowl to collect. I started
clamping it, and when I looked, I saw one drop (of oil), then two drops,
then it started running. And it proved to me that yes, I can get almond
oil."

Today, Jessica does the labelling and packaging of the oil,
which is known for its healing properties and effects on the skin and
hair. The oil is available in several resorts in gift shops in Negril,
including Jackies on the Reef, Rockhouse, and Zimbali Retreats. Seven
residents are employed full time, and all the production activities are
done in the Red Ground community. Praise the Lord for His Divine inspiration and provision!Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04059845143398331774noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9201887650238272714.post-47833338986704902912014-04-27T16:12:00.000-05:002014-08-13T22:11:00.319-05:00

The Scriptures say that He despised the shame He was about to be put through and He looked forward to the joy He'd be given after accomplishing it. Yet He was still so emotionally distraught that blood came out of His forehead!

Well, things got better for me at work 3 days after that prayer but right after I experienced that improvement, I suddenly and unexpectedly felt better about things that were going on there. I believe that just as happened with Jesus in the garden after His heartfelt prayer, an angel came and touched me and strengthened me for the final days of my trial because the knots in my guts were gone!

The moral of or insight which may be found in this story is that we can have mountain moving faith with which to endure trials but we, like Jesus the human being, will still have to deal with the gut wrenching emotions of our trials. This is why James 1 tells us to "consider" it all joy when we are tried in God's crucible. We don't and we can't have a knee jerk reaction to our trials of a joyful feeling because we are emotional beings. So we have to mentally "consider" the trial and then "reckon" or "count" it up in our minds as being all joy but that does not mean that we will "feel" that it is all joy, no matter how strong our faith may be.

No one's faith could be stronger than Jesus faith that things would get better for Him but He still had to struggle with His painful, gut wrenching emotions in the garden of Gethsemane and all through His terrible crucifixion ordeal. So our emotional struggles in our God given trials are a place of fellowship with the person of and the emotional struggles of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Philippians 8:8 - 10 - ....

When scientists experimented with very small plasma filaments in the lab and two of them approached each other, they started to interact. This interaction has been filmed and what is seen is that just two filaments extremely quickly and efficiently end up producing every structure that we can see in outer space! No gravity needed. No black anything needed!

The link below takes you to their page on which this plasma creation theory is described in much more detail with photos of the mini galaxies that have been so created. Also here the young earth orbital time and atomic time is scientifically reconciled....

In fact on their website there are tons of scientific information on all of Genesis 1 through 12 and many other young earth supporting Bible passages. It is a shame that so many creationists and unbelieving scientists resist what is taught here but in the Scriptures even Jesus had to rebuke 2 of his disciples for resisting a belief in ground breaking truth....

Video teaching on obtaining miracles by faithToday I created 3 videos to teach people how to actually obtain a miracle from God or obtain something better from Him than the miracle which we request. I was the rich young rulerI was the Rich Young Ruler

I was about 2 years into my salvation faith when God called me to give up everything I had and follow Him. Well I wanted my fire insurance from Him in order to stay out of hell but I hadn't been working hard for 15 years just to give it all up on a mere thought to do so. I was running a successful business and I was nearly a millionaire. I finally had the house I wanted and a number of automobiles and many of the toys of life because our business was doing very well. I wanted to enjoy the fruits of my labors so this haunting call was not really wanted or relished by me at all. But it would not go away.

In fact, it gnawed away at my very soul every day and even though I tried to ignore it, somehow I knew that this truly was God calling me to give it all up. He kept telling me that I was still worldly and that I didn't really want to suffer much in life for His sake. He knew that for me to give up all that I had worked so hard to achieve would break me of my worldliness. But for me, this was a very, very tough call and I didn't really want to do it.

Luke 9:24 - "For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake, he is the one who will save it.

So I wrestled with the thought for many days until finally one day God spoke to me very strongly about it. This occurred when my precious little 7 year old daughter got very, very sick and from her bed she whispered to me that she could hear happy bells! OMG, I thought she was going to die right then and there! If she was hearing the bells of Heaven she had to be right at death's door!

Then the thought came into my mind loud and clear, "If I take her now you will have guilt over it for the rest of your life because you will know that her life will be lost because of your refusal to sacrifice your own life and possessions to Me!" I knew then and there that I had nearly reached God’s limit with me on this matter.

My reluctance to sacrifice the goods in my life had lifted my family's protection and let Satan bring this severe illness upon my dear, sweet little daughter. The ultimate God Father was now using her brush with death to make me an offer that I just could no longer refuse! So I immediately totally surrendered to His call and immediately Satan was rebuked and she began to feel better! Then I knew for sure that all that had been going on within her and within my thoughts were things from God and I reached peace with my decision. She was certainly worth more to me than everything I had worked to obtain.

So my daughter survived and without going into too much detail here, very shortly after that Satan led my wife who was clinging to her own worldliness to divorce me and grab for all of our assets in the process. This turn of events I felt were from God and that He did not want me to contest them in any way. So God used the divorce court to give her all of the thingss that we had built up together. I felt the Lord telling me that she was the poor that I was to give all that I had to and in so doing I was to be left penniless. But Jesus was right there waiting for me and He carried me through many, many years of tough financial and emotional times where I have met Him again and again and again. Hallelujah!

Philippians 3:8 - ....I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them but rubbish so that I may gain Christ.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04059845143398331774noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9201887650238272714.post-77644590077652480972009-05-17T01:08:00.000-05:002013-04-16T04:40:10.773-05:0026. Testimonies of GodI believe that God gives each of us signs, wonders and miracles of all kinds, large and small, which we may or may not recognize as such at the time. When He does open our minds to recognize them as such, He then wants us to give our testimonies of them to others. I believe that He wants us to do this because these testimonies of His movements amongst us are an extremely important (yet often overlooked) spiritual weapon by which for us to overcome the devil's incessant temptations to get us to fall from our faith.
Revelation 12:11 - ....they overcame him (Satan) because of the blood of the Lamb AND because of the word of their testimony....

This is because the miracles, signs and wonders (large or small) spoken of in our testimonies will bring forth hopes within the hearts of all who hear of them that can only serve to increase and strengthen their faith and inspire them to seek Him more and more in their own daily lives.
Hebrews 11:6 - ...without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Here's a sample testimony of a small private miracle from God to encourage me that occurred in my life a while back....
One day I was very upset with myself because I had accidentally betrayed a confidence with my uncontrolled mouth. This had a been a problem of mine ever since I was a young person. I had always talked too much and over the years as a Christian I felt that I had been getting this problem under control. But this night, as I drove along, I was under great conviction about this still recurring flaw and I was bawling like a baby before the Lord about what I had said and its consequences. Suddenly a car pulled right in front of me and my tear filled eyes fell upon its license plate which said -

IEXCUSU

At the sight of those words and the realization that they were sent as a sign to me from God to comfort me, all of my tears of repentance turned into tears of joy. I saw these letters on that license plate as being a prophetic word to me from Jesus by which He was reassuring me and consoling me in my extreme distress.

Then I began praising God for this wonderful message of compassion to me. It totally reversed my heartfelt distress! It also led me to ponder and then marvel at all that the Lord would have had to do in order to to put that particular automobile with that particular license plate right in front of me at that particular moment! Truly He is almighty and this sign on the run was a miraculaous wonder for me to behold!
Habakkuk 2:2 (Message Bible) - And then God answered: "Write this. Write what you see.
Write it out in big block letters so that it can be read on the run....

Does not this testimony of this small movement of God on my behalf also give you hope in the Lord? And when it matches right up to His Word as does this sign, does that not also help your faith in His Word. And when it also matches one particular paraphrase of the Scriprures like this one does do you not get more confidence in this paraphrase and maybe even all translations in general?

That's just what I believe that testimonies are supposed to do in order to overcome Satan's lies about God not existing and how we cannot trust the Bible or its translations and paraphrases.

Here's another testimony of one of the Lord's movements in my life....

One time a few brothers and I went to the next state in my van to the home of a Catholic family who had lost 3 of their 6 children to MD. They still had their other 3 healthy children living with them so we were ministering the gospel to the wife and those 3 grown kids. The youngest was moved to to repent of his sins and he asked the Lord into his heart to save Him (praise the Lord)! Just then the house filled up with smoke! Our first thought was that the house was on fire but a quick check revealed that we had been so busy in the Word and prayer that the wife forgot the 2 chickens that she had baking in the oven and they overcooked.

In the natural this seemed like just a small upsetting event but we were later led to see that in the spiritual the smoke in the room had great significance to that boy's true salvation. We came to believe that it occurred to supernaturally signal us that Jesus had entered in glory into the temple of that young boy's heart.

Revelation 15:8 - And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from his power...
A few weeks later when we heard the tragic news that he had been killed in a traffic accident we were led to encounter the above verse and we were shown that this unusual event of the smoke filled house was actually a reassuring sign to all of us that the Lord had truly entered into that boy's heart-temple before He took him.

Does this testimony not again accomplish the same things? Does it not give us increased faith in the existence of God and the reliability of His living Word? Let me go on with this testimony because we didn't know any of that at that time and there was more coming.
So, we said our goodbyes to them all and climbed into the van to leave. Just as we were about to drive off of their property, the husband, who unbeknownst to us had been secretly drinking in the back yard while we were ministering to his family, staggered around the side of the house and called for us to stop, which we did. We slid the side door open for him and he stumbled up into the back of the van to talk with us. As he got in, his feet were muddied and he tracked that mud onto the van's floor carpet.
When he noticed the mess he had made he apologized profusely but we reassured him that it wasn't important and that we'd easily clean it up right up at the gas station to which we were going. So he sat back in the van's couch and thanked us for coming and talking with his family and encouraging them. He said that he admired our faith and that he too believed in Jesus for his salvation but he just couldn't be religious himself (he was also known as a womanizer). He was very nice though and he wished us all well on our trip back.
I Corinthians 14:24 - But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an ungifted man enters, he is convicted by all, he is called into account by all; the secrets of his heart are disclosed; and so he will fall on his face and worship God, declaring that God is certainly among you.
Suddenly one of the prophetic brothers was moved to say to him, "You have a lot of nightmares don't you?" Startled, he replied, "How did you know about that?" The brother answered, "The thought just came into my mind and I felt moved by God to ask if it was true of you or not." So we all looked at him with compassion and testified to him that he might want to repent of his sins and begin to seek the Lord in His life like his son had just done.

He was half drunk so he peered at each of us a bit dazedly before proclaiming, "God is really with all of you guys! That's the only way you could possibly know about my nightmares! You're right! Maybe I should do that and start going back to church. This way of life really stinks!" Then he hung his head for a moment before thanking each of us again for coming and stumbling back out of the van. Outside he waved goodbye crying and we blessed him and left.
A bit later we were all discussing the subject of whether people in his condition were really saved or not, especially considering the notorious stereotype of Catholics carousing around on Saturday nights and then going to church on Sunday mornings. One of the brother's was thumbing around in his Bible as the discussion ensued when he stopped us by saying, "Hey guys, maybe the Lord is giving us our answer to this in this verse...
John 13:10 - ...He who has bathed needs only to wash his feet, but is completely clean...
"Maybe God is saying to us here that this fellow's muddy feet were His sign to us declaring that this fellow is a saved man deep in his heart but he just needs to clean up his walk with the Lord. Maybe the mud on his feet and this verse are our sign from God that even though no drunkard or immoral person can enter the kingdom of heaven, this man just needs to change his attitude and his behavior and repent of and quit these sins and he will still make it. What do you all think?"

Well, after further discussion we all ended up agreeing that God had enlightened us to the truth on the subject of backsliders like this fellow by giving us this sign of his muddy feet and then giving us this verse thru our prophet.

Again do we not get more faith in the existence of God and the fact that His Word is living and active amongst us from this testimony? Aren't we comforted in just reading it? Here's another testimony of the Lord moving within this group which should edify you.

After visiting with him for awhile, we went to leave. Just then an older gentleman came up to us and asked us if we could help him get to another town which was over 50 miles away.

So he thanked us for this good deed and he got into the van with us and we all departed for his town.
During the journey there he explained to us just why he was there. He told us that he had an uncontrollable addiction to harlots! He said that whenever he got any money at all he'd rush right over to one of them and purchase her services. He said that he was helpless to this addiction and that he had been seeking help at that addiction center for it but they told him that they couldn't help him so he was going home. He told us that he believed in Jesus for his salvation but he was too embarrassed to bring this matter up to Jesus in prayer.

We then discussed his need to truly repent from this sin with him and to not be embarrassed about it with God but to instead actively seek the Lord's help to overcome it because He promises us that he will not give His Christians any more temptations than they can truly handle. As we arrived where he was going he promised us that he'd do that for sure and that he'd also go to church that night (it was Sunday).
As he was exiting the van he stopped and asked us if we could help him get something to eat? Well, we were all dead broke so we said that we couldn't help him with any money to buy food but that we could give him a loaf of bread which we happened to have with us. He accepted our offer by declaring that anything to eat would be fine with him because he hadn't eaten all day. So we gave him the bread, blessed him and left him there on the street.

The next day one of the brothers ran across the following verse -
Proverbs 6:26 - for the prostitute reduces you to a loaf of bread!
Does not this testimony truly prove that this Word of God is living and active even today amongst us!?!

When our heavenly Father, in His infinite wisdom, decides to take one of His earthly fathers home, He does not leave their kids as fatherless orphans here because God Himself then takes his place to become their Father! And He becomes their Almighty Father (which can't be beaten) for the rest of their lives!

I was raised without my real father and when I began to believe this, I looked back in my life and saw that God had always been doing things for me even before I believed in Him. I also realized that He had done them for me better than any earthly father could have ever done for me.

No earthly father could have done all of this for me, so this is one way that I see my life without a physical father as a blessing, not a curse.

I am also probably now closer to God, my dear (Abba) Father, as a result of that hole in my earthly family life. I've met people who have loved their earthly fathers so much that they even put them above their heavenly Father in their thinking! So I'm thankful that due to my own circumstances from God, I have no earthly father to which to compare Him and perhaps fall into this terrible spiritual trap.
Here's another testimony of God replacing an earthly father that will increase your faith and hope in God -
One time I was moved by God to take 2 pre-teen orphan boys to a Father and Son Fishing contest. It was an overnight campout and fishing contest and we were so excited that we stayed up late the night before the contest, which caused us to oversleep the next day. Well, when we finally woke up and went to rent a rowboat and motor, they were all taken! What a bummer! Those 2 orphan boys were really disappointed as was I.

While we were standing there abjectedly on the dock wondering what we should do now, a very nice gentleman with a beautiful, large speed-boat parked there noticed our plight. So he said that he had some free time and he would be glad to take us all out fishing with him on that gorgeous boat! Wow! What an opportunity for these kids (and for me)!
So he took us for an exciting ride at high speed right to a fishing area that he knew of where we spent a few hours fishing during which time the boys each caught a small fish. When we came back we were quite happy but we were certain that one of the other father / son teams had surely won the contest with a bigger fish. But we were wrong! No one else had caught anything!

So the two boys won $25 to split and they had an absolutely great time and because of that fine gentleman and his boat they had an even better time than any of the other boys who were with their own fathers. This is what I mean about God being a replacement Father who's better than actually having an earthly father. This is one of His ways wherein He compensated these boys for their loss of their earthly father, if we can believe it.

All of these testimonies can increase our faith in the existence of God and the authenticity of His Word and they can give us hope that God will also move in our own lives in some similar manner to so bless us.
