Modern day apostleship is a very controversial subject within today's Christianity. The vast majority of professing Christians believe that there are no apostles being sent by Jesus on missions today but many others dispute that opinion. I am one of the Christians who dispute it and I feel led by God to here give you the reasons that I have for so doing.

Romans 15:18 - For I will not presume to speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me....

Here I am testifying about
what I believe to have been Jesus Christ's supernatural workings to inform me of my apostolic appointment and then to guide me in it for over 35+ years! So here I have substantiated everything that I have written about my apostlic mission with what I believe are rightly divided Biblical verses and teachings. And here I have also given some very unique testimonies about the Lord's powerful substantiating movements within my life and also within the lives of other Christians with whom He has led me to fellowship.

I ask you the reader to approach these teachings and testimonies with an open mind and a humble and prayerful spirit, desiring only to find God's truth, not mine, about modern day apostleship.

Isaiah 1: 18 "Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord....

So please set aside all of your preconceived notions on this subject and permit God to speak to you in a way that you can understand and believe, as to whether or not this spiritual church office gift is for Christians today (as I am here contending that it is).

Every one of my teachings which are within this blog are open to being corrected and / or improved upon thru thoughtful responses from you, the readers whom God has sent here. You may post your constructive criticisms and / or suggestions in a comment at the bottom of each teaching's entry or you may e-mail them privately to me at -

Periodically, I will revisit every teaching within this blog in order to add more pertinent testimonies and / or more substantiating Scriptures to it and also to make corrections and / or improve it. That's when I will update each of them with any truths that I find God giving me from within your comments about them.

James 3:17 - The wisdom from above is first pure...

My prayer is that everything written on this blog is now (or will ultimately become thru editing), completely true to God and His word so that through it everyone that reads its entries may gain wisdom that it is Scripturally pure.

If this is your first visit here, please start with the first two Archive entries in March 2008 below because these are foundational teachings regarding modern day apostleship. Please also read the 3rd entry for substantiating testimonial evidence of my own apostolic ministry.

All entries beyond these first 3 contain various teachings and testimonies which I feel that God has moved me (in my apostolic role) to bring forth to edify you, my readers. The sum total of all of these entries are the ongoing annals of this anonymous modern day apostle who humbly strives to serve our glorious Lord Jesus Christ because...

Isaiah 61:10 - I delight greatly in the Lord...

Thank you.

Hebrews 4:9 - So there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 10 For the one who has entered God's rest has himself also rested from his own works, as God did from His. 11 Therefore let us labor to enter that rest (by only doing the works of God).....

John 6:29 - ....This is the work of God, that you believe IN Him (not just about Him) whom God has sent.

Believing IN Him to solve all of the difficulties of our lives that are beyond our ability to solve is a work and a labor that can be very emotionally wrenching while the problem persists! But when this work is done correctly by believing that we are IN Him, leads us into perfect peace and into a satisfying rest with Him!

Isaiah 26:3 - “The steadfast of mind You will keep in perfect peace, because he trusts IN You.

Ephesians 2:10 - For we are His workmanship, created IN Christ Jesus for good works (of believing, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.

During my trials it helps me to meditate upon the thought that....

John 1:3 - All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

Based upon this verse I believe that even our trials come into being through Him (Job 1 & 2 shows this idea), so in effect they are His trials that He wants to walk through IN us if we will just believe that and let Him do it. So since my trials are not actually mine but His, by faith I can do the work and labor of letting them go and letting Him have them and then I can more easily endure them until they are gone from my life. This idea helps me immeasurably with the knots in my guts while the trial continues.

1 Corinthians 10:13b - ....God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tried beyond what you are able, but with the temptation He will provide THE WAY OF ESCAPE also, so that you will be able to endure it.

Mentally I put my focus entirely upon Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life and in so doing He Himself becomes my WAY OF ESCAPE so that I may endure the trial when it frustratingly goes on and on for a while.

I truly believe that Jesus did this same thing while He endured the time of His crucifixion passion when He mentally focused upon His Father in heaven all through it. In this way I escape my trial by fellowshipping with Him in His suffering as He walks me through my trial!

Philippians 3:9 - ....(That I) may be found IN Him, not having a righteousness of my own derived from the Law, but that which is through faith IN Christ, the righteousness which comes from God on the basis of faith, 10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings....

Negril Jamaica resident Nigel Haughton says it was God's intervention that led him to a life-changing discovery featuring one of Jamaica's most common, yet probably most underrated, fruits: the Jamaican Sweet Almond.

The Lord used his entrepreneurial spirit and drive to be self-reliant to lead him to make virgin almond oil from pressed Jamaican sweet almond and to establish his company, Nigel's Sweet Jamaican Almond Oil. He, along with his wife Jessica, also has the distinction of being Jamaica's first official almond farmer.

Haughton grew up and lives in Red Ground, a community which, though nestled in the midst of the Negril tourism Mecca, has been grappling with high unemployment and other social problems.
After leaving the Negril All-Age School, Haughton attempted to venture into furniture-making, having learnt the skill from his father, a master furniture maker, but his love story with almonds is the one Haughton loves to tell.

"I have a cousin, Lenroy McClacken, who shared some tools that Haughton had gotten from his father. We decided to turn the shed at his yard into a furniture shop. We got a contract from one of the boutique hotels to build furniture for them.

"After that was done, we had a problem getting more work. So we decided that we had to get a job to accumulate some more money so that we could make some windows and some doors and then introduce them to the hardware store downtown. we wanted to see if we could get a contract to supply them because we realized that there was not much going for the furniture business in Negril,."

To achieve their goal, both men obtained jobs as pastry salesmen with a local bakery and opted to travel an hour and a half to Montego Bay daily to sell the items on the streets of the city. However, after a while, they realized that despite their love for the job, the 20 per cent commission they were earning was not enough to survive.

"It was my cousin's idea to sell something else on the side to make some more money. We were looking for something that nobody else had that we were sure would sell off every day," he said, adding that after contemplating several ideas, including water, cheese, peanut drops, and coconut drops, they almost gave up.

"So we started laughing at each other, and while laughing, I remembered I was going to have to go back in the sun to work for 20 per cent," he added. "So I stopped laughing and I started thinking. Then I just gave up, took a deep breath, and said 'God, what am I going to do? As I asked Him this question I held my head up and looked to the sky while exhaling, and I noticed the almond limb over my head with the bunches of almonds."

From then, Haughton's life not only changed for the better, but it improved steadily. After discussing making almond drops, something both thought was a brilliant idea, they started collecting almonds from under the tree and literally "got cracking".

"All along, the almonds were on the ground in front of us. If I hadn't asked God the question, 'What am I to do?', we would have never noticed the almonds. We made 60 drops. At the time, we didn't even have money to buy a pound of sugar and ginger or bags to put the drops in. We went up to the shop and credited two pounds of sugar and ginger and bags," he said.

Within two hours after arriving in Montego Bay the following Monday, the $1.00 (USD) almond drops were sold off - to Haughton's delight. So of course they made more and more almond drops and kept selling them off quickly. Haughton later diversified his product, branching into honey-roasted almonds (using similar ingredients he had seen on a packet of honey-roasted peanuts) and salted almonds.

It was while cracking the almonds that God led him to notice that when the nuts were accidentally crushed while he tried to remove them from the kernels, his fingers became lightly coated with oil. Haughton, who was by then married, showed it to his wife Jessica.

"I remembered I was watching a movie and saw a lady making the olive oil from olives by pressing it and squeezing it and there was olive oil running. And I thought, 'If I could get oil from this almond without adding any heat, this would be virgin almond oil'.

"A few days later, I got two pieces of two-by-four wood. I wrapped it in Saran Wrap (plastic wrap), attached a door hinge, loaded it with two handfuls of almonds, put on two furniture clamps, and got a large bowl to collect. I started clamping it, and when I looked, I saw one drop (of oil), then two drops, then it started running. And it proved to me that yes, I can get almond oil."

Today, Jessica does the labelling and packaging of the oil, which is known for its healing properties and effects on the skin and hair. The oil is available in several resorts in gift shops in Negril, including Jackies on the Reef, Rockhouse, and Zimbali Retreats. Seven residents are employed full time, and all the production activities are done in the Red Ground community. Praise the Lord for His Divine inspiration and provision!

The method of instruction utilized here.

Here, you will learn the wonderful truths regarding each entry's subject with which I feel that God has rewarded me over the years.

Hebrews 11:6b - ...He rewards those who DILIGENTLY seek Him!

I believe that the truths found within each of these Biblical teachings have been given to me by God as gifts for seeking Him with all of my heart.

Jeremiah 29:13 - You will seek Me and you will find Me when you seek Me with all of your heart.

I also believe that these truths have been accompanied by all of the supernatural substantiations from Him to which I here testify. These teachings and testimonies will not be found anywhere else that I know of.

Psalm 119:9
9 - I have better understandings and deeper insights than all of my teachers because Your testimonies are my meditation.

However, whenever I am led by God to encounter a really good Internet teaching which has been authored by another(that fits within the context of one of my own teachings), I will inform you of it and I will provide you with a link to it. It is not important to me if any of the information here that God wants to be shared with you is authored by me or by someone else. What is important to me is that you be given true teachings of God and His Word, no matter whom He uses to bring them forth.

All of these doctrinal studies are being compiled here just as I believe that God says in His Word that they are to be compiled.

Isaiah 28:9 - 10a - whom shall He teach knowledge? And whom shall He make to understand doctrine?

For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept...

I believe that God's Word in context is the first thing that is to be presented about each subject that is discussed. Next, I believe that freedom of the Word is also to be employed in any doctrinal study.

Isaiah 29:10b - ...line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little

This is where the Holy Spirit moves to give us inspiration from various Scriptures and/or their principles
from all over the Bible (and in many different translations) regarding each subject. Here a little, there a little Scriptural precept plucking is a precedent set by the Holy Spirit in the Word where He often inspired the men who wrote the New Testament to so pull and quote Scriptures from the Old Testament.

These holy men were moved to utilize all or parts of
many Old Testament passages and verses (some completely out of context and/or seemingly totally unrelated) in their pastoral letters to Scripturally substantiate the things that they taught. They also did this frequently within the 4 gospel accounts of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and within the book of Acts. The original apostles truly had freedom in the Word!

Whenever I have actually
experienced for myself manifestations of the truth of any of these doctrines, my personal testimonies of those happenings are employed by me here to illustrate and / or to further substantiate them. When others have experienced them and told me about their experiences, I utilize their testimonies. Either way, these testimonies all contribute immensely to the truth and hopefully they will contribute to the acceptance of each teaching.
